Social Media Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative and execution-driven Social Media Manager to own and scale our presence across social platforms.

This is a behind-the-scenes, high-impact role focused on content strategy, planning, and performance. You will lead the content calendar, have the ability to design and create high-performing static and carousel content, and manage a growing UGC/creator ecosystem.

You’ll work with our team to ensure everything we publish is not only on-brand, but intentionally crafted to propel our mission.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping Catholic singles connect.  Someone who wants to be part of a fast-growing movement that’s bringing real people together, shaping relationships, and having a lasting impact. You’re energized by helping build something with great momentum, collaborating with incredible creators in the space, and using your creative gifts to contribute to something bigger than just content.

What You’ll Own

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Own and manage the full social content calendar (planning, pacing, campaign alignment)

  • Design and create engaging carousels and static posts

  • Write and refine captions that capture our brand voice

  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual direction across platforms

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with product, growth, and liturgical initiatives

UGC & Creator Engine

  • Manage and scale an existing UGC and creator program

  • Source, onboard, and coordinate creators (no need to be on-camera yourself)

  • Develop clear and structured creative briefs

  • Maintain a steady flow of new content for testing and iteration

Performance & Optimization

  • Track performance across social channels

  • Run creative testing and iteration cycles

  • Share regular performance insights and recommendations

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6+ years in social media, content, or performance creative roles

  • Strong experience planning and managing content calendars

  • Highly creative with a strong point of view

  • Proven ability to design and create high-performing carousels and static content

  • Analytical mindset; comfortable using data to guide creative decisions

  • Strong copywriting skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing or coordinating UGC / creator workflows

  • Experience in DTC or consumer apps

  • Light video editing understanding

  • Experience working with early-stage/high-growth startups or apostolates

Who You Are

  • You understand how to turn ideas into repeatable, scalable formats

  • You’re a unique blend between organized and creative, and know socials inside and out.

  • You’re comfortable directing creators

  • You care about building something that actually impacts people, not just content that fills a feed

  • You have an intuitive understanding of the Catholic / values-driven audience we serve
