• SacredSpark employs various security measures, including email and phone verification, as well as preventive safety sweeps to enhance user authenticity.

• Users are highly encouraged to report any suspicious activity or fraudulent profiles immediately by tapping the three dots in the top right corner of the profile's main image or video - and selecting “Report & block” and follow the prompts. That immediately alerts our safety team so they can review and take action quickly.

• Personal information such as addresses, ANY financial information, or sensitive identification documents SHOULD NEVER BE SHARED with others on the platform.

• Scammer often try to move the conversation off-app quickly, overwhelm you with affection (“love bombing”), and ask for money or urgent help. This behavior is a common scam. While we work hard to keep SacredSpark safe, users are solely responsible for their interactions, communications, and decisions, both within the app and in any in-person or off-platform settings.

2. Communication Guidelines & Responsible Engagement

• Users must engage in respectful, intentional and appropriate communication at all times.

• Any form of harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate action, including account suspension or termination.

• SacredSpark upholds a Christ-centered environment and does not permit explicit, offensive, or misleading content in messages, bios, introductions, photos or videos. All interactions should reflect truth, respect, and the dignity of each person as created in the image of God.

• Users should uphold Christian values by honoring their own boundaries and respecting the dignity and boundaries of others, fostering a culture of virtue, integrity, and mutual respect.

3. In-Person Meetings & Safety Precautions

• SacredSpark encourages users to take precautions when meeting in person. This includes:

• Meeting in a public, well-lit location for the first few encounters.

• Informing a trusted friend or family member of the meeting details.

A few helpful guidelines to keep in mind in any online scenario:

• Protect your personal details.
  Avoid sharing information like your home address, workplace, financial details, or any sensitive identification documents with anyone you meet online. These should always remain private.

• Keep conversations on the app until you’re comfortable.
  If someone pushes to move the conversation off-app very quickly—especially within a matter of hours or few short days—pause and use your judgment. Staying on the platform gives you the benefit of built-in safety tools and reporting features.

• Watch for “too fast, too intense.”
  If someone expresses overwhelming affection right away (“love bombing”), makes dramatic claims, or tries to build a sense of urgency around the relationship, take a step back. Genuine connections take time to form.

• Never send money or financial help.
  If someone hints at financial struggles, unexpected emergencies, travel issues, or asks for money—even subtly—this is a major red flag across all online platforms.

• Trust your instincts.
  If a conversation feels off, inconsistent, or unsettling in any way, trust that feeling. You can always block & report, or step away—your comfort and safety come first.

4. Reporting & Blocking Unwanted Interactions

• Users have the ability to report and block any accounts displaying inappropriate or suspicious behavior. Users can do this by tapping the three dots in the top right corner of the profile's main image or video - and selecting “Report & block” and follow the prompts. That immediately alerts our safety team so they can review and take action quickly.

• Reports will be reviewed promptly, and action will be taken as necessary, including issuing warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

• Any form of abuse, threats, or misconduct should be reported immediately via our in-app reporting system or by contacting safety@sacredspark.app directly.

5. Prohibited Content & Activities

• Users may not engage in any behavior or share any content that involves, promotes, or encourages, among others:

  • Sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children or adults.

  • Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.

  • Solicitation of money, gifts, or financial assistance.

  • Impersonation, catfishing, or fraudulent activities.

  In addition, any explicit or highly revealing photos, videos, or content, sexually suggestive audio, or non-human profile images and videos (anything not actually you) are strictly prohibited. These accounts will be immediately removed without warning.

• Firearms & Dangerous Activities

  Users may not upload, share, or display any photos, videos, or other media that depict firearms, weapons, explosives, or any potentially dangerous or harmful activities. This prohibition applies regardless of context, including but not limited to recreational, sporting, professional, instructional, or otherwise controlled or supervised settings.

  SacredSpark reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy and may take additional actions on the account, including warnings, restrictions, or suspension, as deemed appropriate to maintain user safety and platform integrity.

• Engaging in any of the above will result in immediate permanent account termination and may lead to legal action in accordance with stated policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

• SacredSpark prioritizes the privacy of its users and adheres to strict data protection policies.

• Users have control over their personal information and can review our privacy policy.

• Any unauthorized access or breach of privacy should be reported immediately.

7. Legal Disclaimer

• SacredSpark is a technology platform that facilitates introductions between users. SacredSpark does not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification beyond standard account authentication, and makes no representations or warranties regarding the identity, intentions, safety, or behavior of any user—whether on or off the platform.

• Users are solely responsible for their interactions, communications, and decisions, both within the app and in any in-person or off-platform settings. By using SacredSpark, users acknowledge and assume all risks associated with meeting or communicating with other individuals.

• SacredSpark is not liable for any incidents or issues that arise from using our services. Users are responsible for their own actions and interactions and are expected to engage with respect, integrity, and in accordance with the platform’s guidelines.

• SacredSpark may implement, modify, or enforce safety tools and protocols at its discretion.
