Growth Marketer (Performance Marketing & Acquisition)
We're looking for a seasoned growth operator to own and scale user acquisition for SacredSpark. This is a hands-on role for someone who has successfully grown high-growth consumer apps or DTC brands, thrives in performance marketing, and knows how to build the systems, testing frameworks, dashboards, and acquisition engines required to scale efficiently.
The ideal candidate is equally strategic and technical - someone who can independently lead paid acquisition across channels, optimize campaigns through rigorous A/B testing, build KPI-driven reporting, manage meaningful marketing budgets, and develop scalable growth strategies. We're looking for someone who has been through the growth stage before, understands what breaks as companies scale, and has a proven track record of driving measurable customer acquisition and sustainable growth.
Director of Formation & Content
We're looking for an experienced leader to spearhead and lead SacredSpark's formation initiatives, helping us build the resources, partnerships, and programs that support singles and couples on their journey toward holy marriages. This role will own our formation strategy, manage existing relationships with trusted Catholic organizations and oversee the development and execution of meaningful content and relationship resources.
The ideal candidate has experience in Catholic formation, content, or educational initiatives and is both strategic and highly operational. They're an exceptional project leader and relationship builder who can independently drive initiatives from idea to execution, coordinate cross-functional partnerships, and ensure our formation offerings continue to grow in quality, depth, and impact.
